It starts with one specific thing.

Nobody here is going to hand you a deck.

Every project below ends in something running in your business, not a document about it. Advice is easy to give and easy to shelve. A system has to hold up under real work — and whether it does is our problem, not yours.

What we build

The way work gets done — the tools, the handoffs, the reports, the person everything routes through — was built for a company a third your size. We redesign how the business works, then we build the software, AI, and process that runs it.

Each engagement below is a fixed-fee project with a concrete deliverable. Each one requires us to understand how your business actually operates — which is exactly what makes everything that follows better.

Common starting points

Custom software

The spreadsheets got you here. Now the duct tape is the bottleneck — tools that don’t talk to each other, a scheduler doing data entry, reports assembled by hand every Friday. We learn how the work runs and who has to live with the result, then build software they’ll use without being told to: operations platforms, profitability tracking, the connective tissue between systems that were never introduced to each other. You own everything we build.

You need this if you've hit the ceiling of spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools — and you suspect custom software is a money pit.

Due diligence

Due diligence punishes disorganization. Disorganization is a design problem. That is what we fix. Our red team exercise runs your business through a buyer’s lens before a buyer does — two to three weeks, findings ranked by valuation risk, and a prioritized plan to fix what we find. Already in a transaction? We quarterback the response so the deal doesn’t consume you.

You need this if you might sell, raise, or face investor scrutiny someday — and you'd rather find the problems before the other side of the table does.

AI solutions

You bought the licenses. A few people use them to rewrite emails, and nothing about how the company works has changed — individual productivity doesn’t compound. We start with a paid workflow audit, then rebuild the work that’s actually expensive with AI inside it and train your people to run it without us. Not chatbots, and not a claim that AI runs your finance function. We don’t consider a workflow finished until your team is running it in production.

You need this if you’re paying for AI seats and can’t point to one process that runs differently.

Financial models

Last month’s P&L, gut feel, and hope are what most hiring and pricing decisions ride on. We build forward-looking models: your revenue drivers, cost structure, and capacity, with scenarios you can actually test before you commit. Fixed fee, and the model is yours to run. It usually reveals exactly where the business is fighting itself.

You need this if hiring, pricing, and expansion decisions are riding on instinct because the numbers can’t keep up.

Embedded partnerships

Every one of these starts somewhere urgent and narrow. It usually opens into something wider. An embedded partnership is standing capacity — a small team working a prioritized backlog across your business: structure, roles, process, systems, finance. Monthly retainer, $15K–$60K depending on pace. Most clients arrive here after a first project proves what working together looks like. We'll keep you out of the weeds, but not in the dark.

You need this if the problem isn't one system — it's that the whole business needs redesigning, and you want a team accountable for redesigning it.

Not sure which?

Most people aren't sure. Start with a 30-minute conversation about where your business is, what's not working, and whether we can help. If we can, we'll tell you where we'd start and exactly what we'd do first. If we can't, we'll say so.

Tell us what's breaking first.

A 30-minute conversation. No pitch. No proposal. Just a direct discussion about where your business is, what's not working, and whether we can help.
